Sun-dried tomato and walnut dip with basil and Harissa. It is ready in 5 minutes, just pop all ingredients into your blender. It can be a good match to some munchies, tortilla chips, crackers , toast or just carrot and celery sticks. This dip is very pesto-like so you can mix it with your pasta too.
I like oats, nuts and fruits for breakfast but hubby is in the savoury breakfast team. I spread this dip on his morning toast and top with some tomatoes, rocket and fresh herbs. This way I can manage 2 different breakfast quickly. The dip can be stored in the fridge for few days, but if you pour some olive oil on the top to cover, it can go longer. The olive oil seals the sun-dried tomato, walnut pesto.
